/KASE, August 25, 2025/ – Freedom Finance JSC (KASE ticker – FFIN) has provided the rules of the interval unit investment trust (IUIT) "GoodWill KZT" and IUIT "Fixed Income USD" with the changes agreed upon by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on June 16, 2025.

According to the documents mentioned:

• the custodian bank for the units of the IUIT "GoodWill KZT" and IUIT "Fixed Income USD" was changed to Bereke Bank JSC (a subsidiary bank of Lesha Bank LLC (Public));
• the face value of the units of KZPF00000082 (FFIN_or) of the IUIT "Fixed Income USD" was changed from 1,000,000 tenge to 5,000 US dollars.
