/KASE, August 20, 2025/ – On August 18, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC (Astana) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list:

1) KZ2C00015014 (INCApp19; KZT 1,000, KZT 7,491,406,000; 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.37 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00015022 (INCApp20; KZT 1,000, KZT 9,000,000,000; 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.37 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2C00015030 (INCApp21; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,316,443,000; 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.37 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission shall enter into force on August 20, 2025.
