/KASE, August 15, 2025/ – Joint Resources JSC (KASE ticker – JRES) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated August 14, 2025.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2024;
• not to distribute net income, and not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2024.

Decisions on a total of four agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
