/KASE, August 12, 2025/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated August 5, 2025, consent was granted for the inclusion of proposed international bonds XS3145682491 (ASDBe21; 23,533,572,000 tenge; 3 years and 10 months; semi-annual coupon; 30/360) of the Asian Development Bank in the sector "Securities of international financial organizations" of KASE official list.

The admittance initiator of said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is August 12, 2025.

The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
