/KASE, August 12, 2025/ – On August 11, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014640 (MFCFb2; 1,000 tenge, 2.0 bn tenge; 1 year 6 months; quarterly coupon, 22.50 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization "Asian Credit Fund" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission shall enter into force on August 12, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of these bonds is the second within the first bond program of Microfinance Organization "Asian Credit Fund" LLP, registered on August 29, 2024 for a total amount of 6.0 billion tenge.
