/KASE, August 11, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Eurasian Bank JSC (KASE ticker – EUBN) dated August 6, 2025, the following persons were elected to the bank's Board of Directors:

• Y. Mussin;
• Zh. Bekenov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC consists of five people.
