/KASE, August 11, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Eurasian Bank JSC (KASE ticker – EUBN) dated August 6, 2025, A. Mashkevich was removed from the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC consists of three people.
