/KASE, January 11, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (KASE ticker – BCCI) dated August 4, 2025, V. Kyshpanakov was removed from the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) consists of three people.
