/KASE, August 11, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (KASE ticker – TMJL) dated July 25, 2025, M. Toregeldin was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of the company.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of nine persons.
