Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC announces the successful placement of two-year bonds of MFO "Asian Credit Fund" LLP (trading code: MFCFb1, ISIN: KZ2P00011950) on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), held from November 27, 2024, through July 2025.

The coupon interest rate was 21% per annum, the yield — 22.5%, and the nominal value of one bond was 1,000 tenge. The circulation period is from November 27, 2024, to November 27, 2026. The total placement volume as of the end of July 2025 amounted to 801,208,000 tenge.
