/KASE, August 8, 2025/ – Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – HSBK) reported the following:

Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter – the Bank) announces the completion of the payment of dividends on common shares of the Bank (ISIN KZ000A0LE0S4) based on the results of operations for 2024 in the amount of 29.64 tenge per common share in accordance with the decision taken at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Bank by means of absentee voting without holding a meeting of the general meeting of shareholders (minutes No. 52 dated April 30, 2025).

The amount of dividends on the Bank's common shares payable according to the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends as of the beginning of the date (00:00) on May 5, 2025 (Almaty time) was 323,490,914,502.60 tenge, including on global depositary receipts, the underlying asset of which are the issued common shares of the Bank – 90,263,717,544.00 tenge.

The amount of dividends actually paid to the Bank's shareholders who have current details for the payment of dividends with the Bank or in the system of registers of securities holders, or in the accounting system of nominal holding, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from May 22, 2025 (the start date of dividend payments) to July 29, 2025 inclusive, amounted to 322,682,105,503.68 tenge, including for global depositary receipts, the underlying asset of which are the issued common shares of the Bank – 90,263,717,544.00 tenge.

Accrued but unpaid dividends in the total amount of 808,808,317.20 tenge due to the lack of current shareholders' details were transferred by the Bank on August 4, 2025 to an account opened in Central Securities Depository JSC (hereinafter – the Central Depository) to record unclaimed funds, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint-Stock Companies".
