/KASE, August 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC (KASE ticker – HFIN) dated July 21, 2025, A. Yergazieva was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC consists of four people.
