/KASE, August 1, 2025/ – ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker – ASBN) reported the following:

ForteBank JSC (hereinafter – the Bank) notifies that, based on the decision taken by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 29, 2025, the Bank was paying dividends on the Bank's common shares for 2024 since May 2, 2025, at the rate of 1.104 tenge per common share, including the amount of taxes payable in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Dividends were paid to shareholders in accordance with the register of securities holders provided by Central Securities Depository JSC, as of 00:00 Astana time on April 30, 2025.

Based on the results of payments as of July 28, 2025, the Bank paid dividends in the amount of 101,699,992,865.70 tenge out of the accrued 101,703,939,238.11 tenge on the current shareholders' details available in the register of securities holders. Dividends in the amount of 3,946,372.41 tenge remained unpaid due to the lack of current payment details of shareholders.
