/KASE, July 30, 2025/ – Special trading sessions for the offering of five issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

Following the results of special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZZJ00000169 (ASK024_016, 1,000 tenge, 1,335,291,000 tenge; 30.07.25 – 30.07.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Astana for 1.3 bn tenge;

2) KZMJ00002111 (KSK024_211; 1,000 tenge, 11,335,671,000 tenge; 18.04.25 – 18.04.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qostanai region for 2.7 bn tenge;

3) KZMJ00002145 (AIK024_214; 1,000 tenge, 5,790,410,000 tenge; 27.05.25 – 27.05.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Abai region for 1.6 bn tenge;

4) KZMJ00002160 (KOK024_216; 1,000 tenge, 10,484,345,000 tenge; 14.05.25 – 14.05.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qyzylorda region for 2.6 bn tenge;

5) KZMJ00002186 (VKK024_218; 1,000 tenge, 6,861,546,000 tenge; 27.05.25 – 27.05.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of East Qazaqstan region for 1.2 bn tenge.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction, acquisition, and redemption of housing and/or apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
