/KASE, July 30, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 29, 2025, "green" bonds KZ2P00010986 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, TGSVb1; $100,000, $25.0 mln; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 8.00 % per annum; 30/360) of TechnoGroupService LLP have been delisted from KASE.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 30, 2025.

This decision was made on the basis of a request of TechnoGroupService LLP for voluntary delisting of the said bonds from KASE.

The specified bonds had been in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market since February 12, 2025. No trading in them had opened.
