/KASE, July 28, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company JSC (KASE ticker – MREK) dated July 23, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: D. Shakirt;
• elected: A. Karmenov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company JSC consists of six persons.
