/KASE, July 18, 2025/ – Special trading sessions for the offering of six issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00002251 ("government securities" sector, JTK120_225; 1,000 tenge, 14,640,193,000 tenge; 18.07.25 – 18.07.35; annual coupon, 18.20 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhetisu region for 6.0 bn tenge;

2) KZMJ00002269 ("government securities" sector, KSK120_226; 1,000 tenge, 4,681,821,000 tenge; 18.07.25 – 18.07.35; annual coupon, 18.20 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qostanai region for 1.4 bn tenge;

3) KZMJ00002277 ("government securities" sector, VKK120_227; 1,000 tenge, 6,121,480,000 tenge; 18.07.25 – 18.07.35; annual coupon, 18.20 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of East Qazaqstan region for 1.2 bn tenge;

4) KZMJ00002285 ("government securities" sector, PVK120_228; 1,000 tenge, 7,994,957,000 tenge; 18.07.25 – 18.07.35; annual coupon, 18.20 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Pavlodar region for 0.5 bn tenge;

5) KZMJ00002293 ("government securities" sector, SKK120_229; 1,000 tenge, 1,825,118,000 tenge; 18.07.25 – 18.07.35; annual coupon, 18.20 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of North Qazaqstan region for 0.4 bn tenge;

6) KZMJ00002319 ("government securities" sector, ZKK120_231; 1,000 tenge, 5,549,768,000 tenge; 18.07.25 – 18.07.35; annual coupon, 18.20 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for 5.5 bn tenge.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction, acquisition, and redemption of housing and/or apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
