/KASE, July 16, 2025/ – On July 14, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014442 (MFTFb6; 1,000 tenge, 5.0 bn tenge; 4 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades for offering of bonds;
30/360) of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 16, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of these bonds is the fifth under the first bond program of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO LLP, registered on April 11, 2023, in the amount of 100.0 billion tenge.
