/KASE, July 15, 2025/ – On July 14, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00014520 (BTRKb27; 1,000 tenge, 100.0 bn tenge; 370 days; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed trades for the placement of bonds; actual /365) of NMH "Baiterek" JSC in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 15, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced later.

The issue of these bonds is the seventh under the 10th bond program of NMH "Baiterek" JSC, registered on April 25, 2025 in the amount of 2.0 trillion tenge.
