/KASE, July 15, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 14, 2025, the following shares of Shubarkol komir JSC were excluded from KASE official list:

• common shares KZ1C00000124 (KASE main market, category "standard", SHUK);
• preferred shares KZ1P00000137 (KASE main market, category "standard", SHUKp).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 15, 2025.

This decision was made on the basis of the request of Shubarkol komir JSC for voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official list.

The specified shares had been in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market since November 20, 2018. No trading in them had been opened.
