/KASE, July 10, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC (KASE ticker – KZTC) dated July 3, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: B. Zhaksylykov;
• elected: G. Suimbaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Jusan Mobile JSC consists of four people.
