/KASE, July 10, 2025/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (KASE ticker – KZCR) announced the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on June 27, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, decided to approve the voluntary delisting of the company's shares from KASE official list.
