/KASE, July 9, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (KASE ticker – TMJL) dated June 26, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Y. Berdigulov;
• elected: M. Utepov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of nine persons.
