Air Astana JSC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces the actual payment of dividends on the Company's common shares from the amount of the Company's retained earnings for 2024.

Record date and time: June 24, 2025, 00 hours 00 minutes. Date of actual dividend payment: June 27, 2025.

The total amount payable is 19,100,000,000 tenge, the total amount actually paid was 19,097,214,900.60 tenge.

The total dividend amount is 53.7 tenge per common share or 214.8 tenge per GDR (consisting of four shares):

- ordinary dividends in the amount of 17.7 tenge per common share or 70.9 tenge per GDR

- special dividends in the amount of 36.0 tenge per common share or 143.9 tenge per GDR.
