/KASE, July 2, 2025/ – On July 1, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to transfer bonds KZ2C00012904 (NITCb1; 1,000 tenge, 3.0 bn tenge; 27.12.24 – 27.12.27; semi-annual coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360) of National Information Technologies JSC from the "bonds" category of the alternative market to the "bonds" category of the main market of KASE official list.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 2, 2025.

In the conclusion of KASE dated June 30, 2025, it was noted that, based on the results of the inspection of National Information Technologies JSC and its specified bonds, their compliance with the criteria and requirements established by the Listing Rules for the inclusion of the specified bonds in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market was revealed.
