/KASE, June 30, 2025/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of four issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00002194 (JTK024_219; 1,000 tenge, 1,417,892,000 tenge; 30.06.25 – 30.06.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhetisu region for 1.4 billion tenge;

2) KZMJ00002202 (ATK024_220; 1,000 tenge, 3,326,136,000 tenge; 30.06.25 – 30.06.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Almaty region for 2.5 billion tenge;

3) KZMJ00002210 (AKK024_221; 1,000 tenge, 1,728,210,000 tenge; 30.06.25 – 30.06.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Akmola region for 1.7 billion tenge;

4) KZMJ00002137 (DZK024_213; 1,000 tenge, 11,846,608,000 tenge; 18.04.25 – 18.04.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhambyl region for 3.1 billion tenge.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction, acquisition, and redemption of housing and/or apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
