/CORRECT/ As of July 1, international bonds XS3093655341 (KZ_24_3207) and XS3093658014 (KZ_25_3707) of Ministry of Finance of Republic of Kazakhstan included in "Government securities" sector of KASE official list
/KASE, June 30, 2025, KASE listing date has changed/ – As previously announced, on June 19, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include proposed international bonds of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the bond program in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state, in the "Government securities" sector of KASE official list:
- XS3093655341, US486661BN03 (KZ_24_3207; $1,350.0 mln; 01.07.25 – 01.07.32, semi-annual coupon, 5.00 % per annum, 30/360);
- XS3093658014, US486661BP50 (KZ_25_3707; $1,150.0 mln; 01.07.25 – 01.07.37, semi-annual coupon, 5.50 % per annum, 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board will enter into force on July 1, 2025.
The admission initiator of these bonds is Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC.
