/KASE, June 27, 2025/ – By decision of the Board of Directors of Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company JSC (KASE ticker – MREK) dated June 23, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company’s Management Board:

• A. Karmenov was excluded;
• M. Imanov was elected.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company JSC now consists of four people.
