/KASE, June 27, 2025/ – On June 26, 2025, the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana) into the KASE's official list in the bonds category of the main market:

• KZ2C00014504 (SKKZb26; 1,000 tenge, 45.0 bln tenge; 15 years; floating semi-annual coupon; 30/360).
• KZ2C00014512 (SKKZb27; 1,000 tenge, 45.0 bln tenge; 15 years; floating semi-annual coupon; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on June 27, 2025.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issues of these bonds are the 10th and 11th within the fourth bond program of Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC, registered on August 27, 2024 in the amount of 1.0 trln tenge.
