/KASE, June 25, 2025/ – As announced earlier, today the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) trading system hosted the initial placement of bonds KZ2P00013139 (KASE's alternative market, bonds category, MFBLb5; 1,000 tenge; 1.0 bln tenge; 06/19/25 – 06/19/28; quarterly coupon, 21.00% per annum; 30/360) of Birinshi Lombard LLP (Almaty) by subscription to them.

The seller for subscription to the specified bonds was BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter, the Seller).

Orders as part of subscription were accepted on June 25, 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00 Astana time.

Bonds with a nominal volume of 300.0 mln tenge were offered for placement. Only limit orders were accepted as part of subscription.

The subscription was recognized and declared invalid due to the fact that KASE did not accept a single limit counter order.
