/KASE, June 24, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from June 25, 2025, KASE will suspend trading in ETF US37954Y7159 (KASE Global sector, BOTZ_KZ) of Global X Robotics & Artificial Intelligence ETF for repo transactions in trading regimes with participation of the central counterparty, which settlement date falls on June 27, 2025, and subsequent dates.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to KASE having the information that the register for payment of dividends on the specified securities will be recorded on June 27, 2025.

Trading in the specified securities on KASE will resume on June 30, 2025.
