/KASE, June 23, 2025/ – On June 19, 2025, the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC (Astana) in the KASE's official list on the Private Placement market:

1) KZ2C00014389 (INCApp17; 1,000 tenge, 4,531,051,000 tenge; 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.37% per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00014397 (INCApp18; 1,000 tenge, 6,610,714,000 tenge; 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.37% per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Committee enters into force on June 23, 2025.
