/KASE, June 20, 2025/ – Dosjan temir joly JSC (KASE ticker – DTJL) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 16, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for 2024;
• approve the audited separate financial statements of the company for 2024;
• not to distribute the company's net income for 2024, not to pay dividends on the company's common shares, not to approve the amount of dividend per common share.
