/KASE, June 19, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 19, 2025, common shares KZ1C00012020 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", MNZH) of Marganec Zhairema JSC (Qaraghandy) have been delisted from KASE official list.

This decision of the Listing commission shall enter into force on June 20, 2025.

This decision was made on the basis of a statement of Marganec Zhairema JSC on voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official list.

The specified shares had been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market since December 27, 2018. Trading in them was opened from April 20, 2021.
