On June 18, 2025, the international rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed JSC KazTransOil's Long-Term Issuer Default Rating at "BBB" with a Stable outlook.

The company's rating is in line with the rating of its parent company, JSC NC KazMunayGas, and the sovereign rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("BBB", Stable outlook).

Fitch notes that JSC KazTransOil's creditworthiness is supported by a strong business profile as the national operator of oil pipelines, stable cash flow, and a solid financial position, despite a less predictable regulatory environment compared to European peers.
