According to the report of BDO Qazaqstan LLP, the consolidated financial statements fairly reflect in all material respects the financial position of Jusan Mobile JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2024, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
