/KASE, June 13, 2025/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (KASE ticker – KAFI) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 30, 2025.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2024;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2024 in the amount of KZT 20,344,955,899.21:
• KZT 14,241,469,129.45 to be used for dividend payments;
• KZT 6,103,486,769.76 tenge shall be left at the disposal of the company.
