/KASE, June 11, 2025/ – On June 9, 2025 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00013824 (MFUCb8; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360) of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is June 11, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

This bond issue is the third under the first bond program of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP, registered on October 21, 2022 in the amount of KZT 10.0 bn.
