/KASE, June 11, 2025/ – On June 9, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

• KZ2P00013998 (MFRFb18; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for bond offering; 30/360);
• KZ2P00014004 (MFRFb19; KZT 1,000, KZT 4.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on June 11, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The financial consultant of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP is First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC (Almaty).

These bond issues are the sixth and seventh under the first bond program of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP, registered on March 15, 2024, in the amount of KZT 30.0 bn.
