/KASE, June 10, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC (KASE ticker – KAFI) dated May 29, 2025, N. Koshkimbaev was elected Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of six people.
