/KASE, June 5, 2025/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (KASE ticker – ALMS) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 19, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the consolidated annual financial statements of the company for 2024;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2024:
• 77,050,687,874 tenge shall be allocated for the payment of dividends on the company's common shares for 2024;
• the rest of the company's net income shall be directed towards the production development.

In total, decisions were made on seven agenda items at the general meeting of shareholders.
