/KASE, June 5, 2025/ – Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – FFBN) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 30, 2025.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited separate and consolidated financial statements of the bank for 2024;
• to leave net income at the bank's disposal, not to distribute net income and not to pay dividends on the bank's common shares for 2024.
