/KASE, June 4, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – BRKZ) dated May 21, 2025, G. Uzbekov was elected as a member of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of six people.
