/KASE, June 4, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (KASE ticker – KZIK) dated May 28, 2025, N. Aidapkelov was elected the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC consists of six persons.
