/KASE, June 3, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Leasing Group JSC (KASE ticker – LZGR) dated May 30, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: L. Osadchaya;
• elected: N. Bektemisov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC consists of five persons.
