/KASE, June 3, 2025/ – Leasing Group JSC (KASE ticker – LZGR) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 30, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's audited annual financial statements for 2024;
• not to distribute the company's net income for 2024 and not to pay dividends on the company's shares.

Decisions on a total of seven agenda items were made at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
