/KASE, June 3, 2025/ – The consolidated financial statements of Nurbank JSC (KASE ticker – NRBN) for 2024 and the auditor's report have been published.

According to the report of Grant Thornton LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly in all material respects the financial position of Nurbank JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2024, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
