According to the report of Ernst & Young LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Bank RBK JSC and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2024, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
