/KASE, June 2, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Microfinance Organization "KMF" JSC (KASE ticker – MFKM) dated May 28, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• elected: Volodymyr Tsapko;
• removed: Philipp Georg Pott.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Microfinance Organization "KMF" JSC consists of six people.
