/KASE, May 29, 2025/ – "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC (KASE ticker – FRMP) announced the decisions of the company's sole shareholder dated May 21, 2025.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2024;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income in the amount of 26,914,300,887 tenge for 2024:
• 18,840,014,023.28 tenge will be allocated for the payment of dividends to the company's sole shareholder;
• 8,074,286,863.72 tenge will be left at the company's disposal.
